We are the court, bank, and notary for government contracts in Nigeria.

Who We Are

The GovContinuity Bureau is Nigeria's statutory contract continuity authority. We were established to solve the single largest threat to infrastructure delivery in Nigeria: contract abandonment due to government transitions.

We operate a central registry, escrow system, and arbitration mechanism recognized by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Federal High Court.

The Crisis Identified

Analysis revealed ₦8.4 trillion in contract losses across three election cycles. CBN, EFCC, and BPP jointly identified government transitions as the primary mechanism of contract failure.

The Government Contract Continuity Act established the Bureau as an independent statutory body with escrow, certification, and arbitration powers.
